Delivery & COVID-19 Information
We are aware that everyone is being impacted by the current ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic.
The safety of our customers and team are the upmost priority right now. We've put together some information about what we are doing to protect you and to ensure our online shop runs as smoothy as possible within the current restraints.

We are seeing that the vast majority of customers are receiving their orders the next working day but are aware that some are not. We are putting all our energy into supporting those customers and we would like to remind you that courier services are under a huge amount of pressure and it may take longer. This is outside of our control and we continually review our logistic partners based on your feedback.
Hygiene is a fundamental part of what we do. Current government advice says that there is no evidence the virus can be transmitted by food. We are maintaining the highest level of hygiene including:
- Frequent washing of hands
- Increased cleaning on all hard surfaces and touch points
- Any team member who shows signs of the virus are self-isolating
- Maintaining social distancing in the bakery
We continue to monitor the ever changing situation and change our processes based upon local and national government advice.

Our team are either furloughed, working from home or packing orders, this means our telephone line isn't staffed at regular hours. If you email us we aim to get back to you within a few hours or as quickly as possible.
