Due to new Covid lockdown restrictions we are advising customers that their orders will take a little longer to come. We estimate between 2 to 4 working days. Thank you for your support at this challenging time.
We are putting all our energy into supporting those customers and we would like to remind you that courier services are under a huge amount of pressure and it may take longer. This is outside of our control and we continually review our logistic partners based on your feedback.
Hygiene is a fundamental part of what we do. Current government advice says that there is no evidence the virus can be transmitted by food. We are maintaining the highest level of hygiene including:
- Frequent washing of hands
- Increased cleaning on all hard surfaces and touch points
- Any team member who shows signs of the virus are self-isolating
- Maintaining social distancing in the bakery
We continue to monitor the ever changing situation and change our processes based upon local and national government advice.
